Return & Exchange Policy

At Moduspace, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and damaged items.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing your orders. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, Moduspace will provide the necessary replacement parts.

  • Action Required: Please do not return the entire unit immediately. Contact us within seven (7) working days of receipt.

  • Resolution: We will assess the damage via photos and ship the specific replacement parts to you at no additional cost.

2. General Returns (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect (e.g., change of mind), you may do so subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be 100% unopened, sealed, and in original new condition.

  • Logistics Costs: All shipping and logistics costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt.

  • Proof: Valid proof of purchase (Order Invoice Number) must be presented.

  • State of Item: The item must not have been used, assembled, installed, or had any data inputted. All original accessories and packaging must be intact.

4. Exclusions (Items NOT Eligible for Return)

Please note that returns are NOT accepted for the following:

  • Customized / Made-to-Order Items: Any item that has been customized to your specific dimensions or requirements is final sale. These items cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Compatibility/Sizing: The item is not suitable for your specific setup or does not fit in your designated space (please measure your space carefully before purchasing).

  • Usage: The item has been unsealed, opened, or assembled.

  • Delays: The item arrived later than expected due to third-party courier delays.

5. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  4. Reason for Return:

  5. Proof of Purchase: (Attach Invoice/Receipt)

  6. Photos:

    • For Returns: Photo showing the item is sealed and unopened.

    • For Damage: Clear photos of the specific defective area/part.

Important: Please wait for an official acknowledgement email from our team before shipping any items back. Unapproved returns may be rejected.

Moducase Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with the terms above.
